imc marketing & consult gmbh takes the protection of its personal data very seriously. The aim of our data processing is only to collect, process or use the necessary personal data for meaningful and efficient use of our services. In the following, you can find out when data is stored when using our website and how we use it. We have undertaken technical and organisation measures, which ensure that the data protection rules are complied with. Our services are specifically governed by the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

Storage of data with access to your website

In conjunction with your access, data are stored on our servers for backup purposes, which may possible permit identification (for example, IP address, data, time and pages viewed). These are not used in a personalised form. In order to evaluate and continuously improve the quality of our website, we conduct statistical evaluations on the access to our website. This partially also occurs by using counting graphics in our website. However, the data acquired in this way are strictly anonymised and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn regarding the users’ personal data.

Use of cookiess
